Customers agree to pick up and return all rental equipment at the scheduled times agreed upon during reservation. All equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return time to avoid additional rental charges.

If delivery and setup services are selected, Hill Country Rent A Tent will coordinate delivery, setup, and teardown times with the customer prior to the reservation date.

Within 7 days following the conclusion of a rental, the first day’s rental fee may be applied toward the purchase of the same or similar full-priced item, subject to availability.

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of reservation depending on the value of the equipment rented. Deposit amounts may vary based on the type and value of equipment reserved.

Deposits are used to secure reservations and cover potential damage, loss, or excessive cleaning of equipment.

• Full refund if canceled at least 5 days prior to the reservation date
• 50% refund if canceled at least 3 days prior to the reservation date
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation

Special discounted packages, group bookings, or promotional reservations may have different cancellation terms and may only be canceled up to 5 days prior.

By renting equipment from Hill Country Rent A Tent, the renter agrees to accept full financial responsibility for all rented items.

All equipment must be returned:

• Clean
• Dry
• Undamaged
• By the agreed return date and time

If equipment is returned damaged, excessively dirty, wet, or with missing parts, the renter agrees to pay for cleaning, repair, or replacement at full retail value.

Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.

Outdoor activities, including camping, involve inherent risks such as injury, weather conditions, terrain hazards, and equipment use.

By renting equipment, the renter knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use, including the possibility of injury or death.

The renter agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Hill Country Rent A Tent, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

All equipment is provided “as-is” without warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

The renter agrees to:

• Understand how to properly use all rented equipment
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Not misuse, alter, or abuse equipment

If unsure how to use any equipment, the renter agrees to seek instruction prior to use.

The renter confirms they are 21 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

By completing a reservation, the renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, conditions, and liability waivers outlined above.
